Myra KingHair and Make up Design Artist of Charlemont. It has always been a dream of mine to have a full service salon boutique. My passion has always been hair and makeup design, but I have always dreamed of having a boutique. My idea was to offer all of the services, clothing and accessories women need to prepare for any event. I enjoy enhancing someones style, with a creative touch. We all like to feel good about our appearance at any event, and that is what we do at Charlemont. I am fortunate to have some very talented ladies who are part of our design team at Charlemont, we are able to offer many services combined with years of experience.Susan HoltzclawMaster Nail Technician, of Charlemont. Susan has been a Nail Technician for fifteen years , she offers all nail and pedicure services without the use of tools that damage the nail . She enjoys keeping current on all the latest trends, and is continuously updating her education. Susan is also a certified Naturalsh Technician and offers semi-permanent eyelash and eyebrow extensions, along with many others services.Rhose ByrdCharlemont Nail Technician. Rhose has been part of Susan's nail service team for eight years now. She offers all nail and pedicure services as well. Rhose continuously challenges herself to keep current on all the latest styles, and has many specialty design services.

We provide therapeutic massages, body treatments and facials at hours flexible to the corporate world extending the 9-5 work schedule. Our services extend to much more and our focus is designed to meet your specific needs. Your Visit

On Your Visit
In order to maximize your visit, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you for the full length of your allotted time, schedule permitting. Otherwise, we regret your treatment will still have to end on time, so as not to delay the next guest. Appointments cut short due to late arrival, are payable in full. A credit card will be required to secure your reservation.On Your First Visit You will be asked to fill out a brief intake form containing general information, allowing us to provide you with the safest, most appropriate treatments. This form can dowloaded, printed, and completed prior to arrival by clicking the button below. All information you provide is confidential. Your massage will take place in a warm, comfortable, quiet room. Soft music will be played to help you relax. You will lie on a table especially designed for your comfort.Your session will be conducted by a Certified Massage Therapist. We have massage professional who has received proper training in a variety of techniques. Although no two massages are exactly alike; you may request a certain technique or modality.Most massage techniques are traditionally performed with the client unclothed; however, you may decide what amount of clothing you prefer to wear for your own comfort. You will be properly draped during the session.We will leave the room while you undress, relax onto the table and cover yourself with a clean sheet.Together we will discuss the desired outcome of your massage, to determine which parts of your body require massage. A typical full body session will include work on your back, arms, legs, feet, hands, head, neck and shoulders. You will not be touched on or near your genitals (male or female).A light hypoallergenic oil will be used to permit your muscles to be worked on without causing excessive friction to the skin. The lubricants used will hydrate the skin and be readily absorbed.Make yourself comfortable. We will either gently move you or tell you what is needed throughout the session (such as lifting your arm). Many people just close their eyes and completely relax. Others like to talk during their session. Feel free to ask us questions about massage in general or about the particular technique you are receiving. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Making an appointment with one of our therapists allows us to reserve time and space for your exclusive care. For this reason, there is a 50% fee charged for SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS.A full fee is charged for NO-SHOWS. We require 24 hours notice to avoid being charged. A credit card is required to secure an appointment. In the case of a gift certificate, the value of the services will be deducted from the certificate. For general group bookings of 3 or more, we require 48 hours notice for changes or cancellations, along with a 50% deposit for all services reserved by group. Spa parties require 7 days cancellation notice, along with 50% deposit. A credit card provided at the time of the appointment will secure group or spa party reservations. The credit card holder agrees to be responsible for any cancellation fees incurred by him or herself, or any member of the group or party. Making a reservation acknowledges the acceptance of this policy.For Your ConsiderationFor the comfort of all our guests as well as your own quiet time, all cell phones must be turned off during your entire visit. We do not allow cell phone use during treatments.Gratuities:In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion. Gratuities of 20% are customary. If for some reason you were not happy with the services received, we ask and count on your honest feedback so that we may make corrections or improvements on your behalf and for all our valued clients.PROFESSIONAL ETHICSProfessionals realize that a change in therapist from time to time is refreshing. In a general Swedish massage, your session may start with broad, flowing strokes which will help to calm your nervous system and relax muscle tension. If you receive a therapeutic massage, you may experience some soreness for a couple of days following the session. Since toxins are released from your soft tissues during a massage, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water following your massage.What should I do during the massage session?Make yourself comfortable.
